System-wide glitch

Was anyone else affected by the system-wide glitch at about 9:04 Saturday, May 2 EST?
My system was working fine for a marathon that started at 8:00 AM, then crashed after the half marathon started at 9:00 AM. 
There was no power failure, no disconnection, no red Race Control box -- everything just went dead.  Webscorer, Excel, and Google Chrome were the only apps running on the PC.

As I explained to you in an email yesterday, we received a automatic diagnostics message from the Webscorer app running on your Windows 10 device at 9:02 AM your time. This may explain the anomalies you saw later that morning. We’re investigating.
