Videoconferencing/low latency features

Hi All,

I recently signed for the list, so sorry if that was discussed. 

But anyway.

Here http://x264dev.multimedia.cx/?p=249 x264 dev discusses features which are to much extent are 

codec independent and being implemented in 

WebM will make it  low latency codec with quite a bit of applications in videoconferencing, online gaming etc.

So are there plans in this direction?
