Winamp plugins for shoutcast TV broadcast and playback.

Hello,

I pumped out an nsv_coder_vp8 dll and also an nsvdec_vp8 dll for
Winamp, nsvtools, and my Camjo encoder. These allow live broadcasting
and file encoding/playback in nsv format using the shoutcast DNAS
server.

I think the codec is great! I built the dll's using Visual Studio.net
