vp80-03-segmentation1425.ivf test vector

This test vector doesnt seem to generate correct output after 4
frames. Is it a known issue or did i miss something in command line
arguments.

ivfdex.exe --codec=vp8 vp80-03-segmentation1425.ivf -o out.yuv

What version are you running? On what platform? Are you seeing this
failure when running the run_tests.sh script?

Yes It is expected output. I have observed Initial 4 frames are of
size 176x144 and then from 5th frame frame size is 212x173,
then from 11th frame 282x231.

That's correct. This vector exercises the spatial resampling feature
of the codec. The codec does not upscale the output, the logic being
that there may be hardware accelerated upscaling that the application
knows about that the library doesn't. I understand that this behavior
is surprising, so feel free to add a bug to the issue tracker at
http://code.google.com/p/webm/issues/entry to include a scaler option
and we'll try to look at it in the future.
