vp80-03-segmentation-1425 test vector

Hi,
I used the "libvpx-v0.9.5" version of vp8 code to decode this vector.

%cd build
%../configure --target=generic-gnu --enable-vp8
%make
%./vpxdec --codec=vp8 vp80-03-segmentation-1425.ivf -o out.yuv

I'm working on linux platform.
The output after 4 frames appear as garbage. Is the test vector known
to produce such output.
or I need to add something else in command line.

The test vectors are intended to be used by the run_tests.sh script:
./run_tests.sh --exec=/path/to/vpxdec /path/to/test-vectors
