Hi,

using 'cwebp' to convert from png to webp seems to work here:

cwebp acamera-denver-leica-100mm-leitz\ summilux-c-primes.png -o test.webp -metadata all

(see the result attached. It is display fine in Chrome or using vwebp, for instance).

What tool and on what platform are you trying to export the image from?

We provide cwebp binaries for Windows, Apple and Linux [1] which seems to handle the image correctly.

companies website.

Sorry, I missed the reply. Are you using https://github.com/webmproject/WebPShop or another plugin? Are you seeing any errors on export?
If the plugin is creating an invalid file can you attach it here along with the Photoshop version and platform you're running on?
