libwebp.dll is a native implementation.
I want to use libwebp in a C# / .NET application. I don't want to use any PInvoke Wrapper like "libwebp-net". Is there a real .NET implementation of libwebp available?

None maintained by this project, maybe someone knows of an external implementation. Were you looking for just the decoder or both it and the encoder?
