New issue 444 by necdet...@
gmail.com: Strange Error : GIFLib Error 0: Image EOF detected before image complete
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/webp/issues/detail?id=444What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute gif2webp on the attached gif.
gif2webp -loop_compatibility -lossy -mt -q 85 -o /tmp/output.gif /tmp/input.gif
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to have converted awebp
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WebP Encoder version: 1.0.0
WebP Mux version: 0.4.0
Please provide any additional information below.
I am working on a service that resizes gifs first with gifsicle ,
then converts them into animated-webp with gif2webp
The attached file input.gif is already resized with the gifsicle,
and drives gif2webp to error.
But I can visually verify that I can see the gif content with my display programs,
I can see them in linux and on chrome browser as well,
I wonder gif2webp is just too picky about them or there is actually a problem with the gifsicle,
If I can validate it, I will report it to gifsicle,
