gif2webp not working

what i did:

i installed libwebp-1.1.0  in a linux machine as per the instruction in the doumentation

i put cwebp working fine. same i used gif2webp it throws command not found

please help me

Hi,

Can you try the 1.2.0 release? It's possible that some of the libraries that gif2webp depends on aren't available on your distribution. The binaries at the moment aren't fully static and will rely on the distribution's libc. You can check this with the ldd command: 'ldd gif2webp'.

What distribution are you trying to run the binaries on?
