What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a migration for mysql from php (Yii 1.1)
2. In the migration declare a static function that convert image (jpg, png, etc) to webp.
3. Try update the attached image.
4. See that the file created is a corrupt file.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The webp image should be created correctly
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.
I am trying to migrate images from a database from .jpg to .webp format, but this migration failed with a specific image.
I have tried to convert this same image to .webp from another functionality and if it can be converted to .webp.
I have also tried to convert other images that are in the same folder and these can be changed to .webp

Sorry, I'm not familiar with what you're describing here. It sounds like the
conversion is being handled by php, do you have an example?
That isn't a part of libwebp, though. Using the cwebp tool, which relies on
libjpeg-turbo 2.1.2 in my case, I'm able to encode the image.
