Sorry for the slow reply.
What Visual Studio command prompt are you using to build the library? Either 'x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS XXXX' or 'x86_x64 Cross Tools Command Prompt for VS XXXX' should work, I've tested both on a x64 Windows 10 machine with VS 2022.
