[ANN] libwebp 1.0.3 release candidate

Which of these would be for Chromebooks? Everytime I save a image on my Chromebook it saves as a jpeg but when I send a email it sends the images a binary files. I'm lost and confused.

The linux binaries will work on an x86 chromebook, I don't know if
that helps with the second question.

So I just click and download it and when I go to send emails and attach images they would go back to being attached as jpegs?

These are command line tools to transcode from/to webp and png/jpeg,
etc. You can use dwebp to decode webp files to png and convert those
to jpeg using other utilities.

I really appreciate your help. I'm not familiar with the command lol. I think I will have e to call Google's G-Suite support since I'm a business customer. Thanks again 😁.

The release has been tagged [2], there were no changes from rc1.
