Hey Marcelo,
I think I might have a very good solution for your "WebP images with EXIF data" source problem: there is a worldwide known messaging app called WhatsApp which uses the WebP format for their Stickers (~high quality emojis), both static and animated. All stickers have EXIF data, which is kind of a signature, providing the file with some information that can be seen in the Sticker details in Whatsapp like sticker publisher name, sticker packet name, sticker ID, link to the app used to create the sticker in Google store (Android), link to the app used to create the sticker in iTunes store (iOS).
I became interested in the subject since I enjoy making customized stickers, specially the high definition animated without background ones, as they make for way better addition to a group chat than emojis or GIFs ever could, although they are quite tricky to make but I am specializing. Anyway, it can be a great source of WebP files with EXIF metadata, and what you need to do is download/install the app (WhatsApp) which is free, if you don't already have it, and use your phone file browser to access the files at "<Internal Storage>\Android\media\com.whatsapp\WhatsApp\Media\WhatsApp Stickers" for Android, which is the one I have, no idea what would be the iOS path though.
Attached are one example of a custom static sticker (with EXIF data) and a snapshot of how this data is displayed inside the messaging app (text on the left in bold is the sticker packet name, to the right is the sticker publisher name, and the "View more" link takes you to the app used to create that sticker in the store).
Well, that's it. Kind regards,
