Coff2omf problem

Hello.I met a problem.i need help.

I had the library file libwebp.lib,I use coff2omf.exe  to want to  get an omf version of libwebp.lib,but the omf file is so small,it doesn't work in c++builder.

I try many times,it is all the same.

How can i get the right omf file of libwebp.lib?

Could you describe where your libwebp.lib file comes from, and its version please?
