streaming webm file with VLC

Dear Ones,
I got following error while trying to stream a webm file using VLC.
But I am able to play the same file on VLC.

found by extension
[0xa100d94] main stream output error: stream chain failed for
`transcode{vcodec=VP80,vb=2000,scale=0,acodec=vorb,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:http{dst=:
8080/192.168.1.159}'
[0xa142b04] main input error: cannot start stream output instance,
aborting
m_el[mi_level] == NULL

how mux can be specified....?
What can be possible reason.

I don't recommend streaming webm with VLC, since the support is not perfect...

However, you sout line should be more of the like:
'#transcode{vcodec=VP80,vb=2000,scale=1,acodec=vorb,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:standard{access=http,mux=webm,dst=server.example.org:8080}'

yes, you are true I got above as u mentioned but except scale=1 . for me its scale=0.

Can you suggest some other package for steaming webm videos...??
