Image is not exactly same after encode decode

Hi, I'm using vp9 svc encoding. I got some color mismatched after decoding the encoded image. Here is the example -

This is original image...


After_decoding.png
This is decoded image ....

And also is there any way to increase the brightness of decoded image?

That would be something you'd need to do as a post process, libvpx doesn't offer any filters like this.

There will be some loss when converting to YUV420 and due to the compression. You can try using YUV444 as the input for screen content. You can also set the tuning mode to screen content:
