How to generate a stream with segmentation support in VP9 Codec

Please let me know how to generate a bit stream with segmentation enabled for VP9 Codec.

Hi Srinivas,

currently, segmentation is automatically enabled in the VP9 encoder,
for static background detection. We intend to do more useful things
with it in the near future (but since this is not a bitstream change,
it may be done after June 17). I don't know if the VP8 API to set
segmentation and related features from the application works for VP9,
we certainly haven't tested it. But if you want to try, it's the exact
same API, just that the smallest base segmentation unit is 8x8 pixels
instead of 16x16, so your input array should be 4 times as big.
