The Pekin duck was bred from a Chinese variety called
'shi-chin-ya-tze'. There is a surprising amount of information
regarding its history[0].
This v1.8.2 release will be ABI compatible with v1.8.1
With the more frequent release schedule it has become more difficult
to fill out the release notes. The library continues its steady
progress. We do not believe there are any regressions from v1.8.1 but
please test and report if you have any issues.

$ cd libvpx
$ git checkout pekin
