vpxenc issue

Hi libvpx developers,

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with the progress logging in the console output of vpxenc. It seems that the log output is not accurate and is insufficient for assessing the progress status. The logging stops when processing reaches a point equivalent to the total number of frames minus the value of g_lag_in_frames.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your efforts in maintaining and improving the libvpx library.
