.net/c# options for VP8

I need a .net option vp8 encoding and decoding video. What are my
options? What is the most stable option?

The only option I know of is using a c# wrapper that p/invokes the
native code. I don't know of any complete ones, perhaps because
there's not much to them. Here's an example:

There's nothing out there that runs only in the CLR, if that's what you mean.
