Webm container format

Hello,

I'm new to Webm and have been looking through the Webm website to find a description of the webm container format.  Specifically, if I opened a .webm file in Winhex, what document tells me the format I'm looking at, starting with 1A 45 DF A3?  Can you point me to this document?

A webm file is just a Matroska file, with a special doctype.  More info here:
