So I guess libwebp lets us write files with alpha via SetAlphaMode() and AddFrameWithAdditional(), but we can't yet read the alpha data, can we?
Also, looking at alpha_encoder.cc, it appears the only way to get the video and alpha encoder to match keyframes is to insist on a fixed keyframe interval for both, right?
How final is the spec to support alpha with AddFrameWithAdditional() as opposed to, say, a separate video track?
