The 0.4.4 release contained a binary WebP.Framework. If there are any
issues using that please file a new bug.

I cannot find the binary WebP.Framework in the 0.4.4 release. Can you point me to it?

The latest release is 0.5.1:

I'll add a reference to this along with the other downloads and developers.google.com/speed/webp.
