some info that could be helpful:

* what plugin are you using exactly? (their author should probably be
contacted too)
* could you share the resulting 'webp' files (lossy and lossless)? so one
can have a look at its exact content and format

This bug is stale. If there's still an issue a post to webp-d...@webmproject.org and contacting the author of the plugin directly may help in getting a resolution. This project doesn't maintain the available photoshop plugins.
