Written a script to convert images to AV1 codec !

Hi All,

I have written a python script, that converts PNG input into 2
outputs: AV1.WebM and AV1.PNG, encoding a still-image into AV1-encoded
image.

AV1 is based on Google VP10, while WebP is based on older VP8 codec.

This future format is stronger than WebP, and should be considered.
It requires libaom + ffmpeg to work.
