I downloaded the windows build libwebp-0.4.2-windows-x64.zip from https://storage.googleapis.com/downloads.webmproject.org/releases/webp/index.html

Symantec Endpoint Protection has quarantined the dwebp.exe executable with the following info:

Hi,

I'm not sure. On a quick glance the main reasoning seems to be that the binary hasn't been seen that often. 0.4.2 is from 2014, the most recent release is 0.6.0 from the beginning of this year [1]. Is there any reason you're grabbing the old binary?
