What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ./autogen.sh
2. ./configure
3. make
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see a successful build.
Instead, I see this:
Making all in src
Making all in dec
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
Making all in enc
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
Making all in dsp
CCLD libwebpdsp_sse2.la
../../libtool: line 1717: cd: .libs/libwebpdsp_sse2.lax/libwebpdspdecode_sse2.a: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [libwebpdsp_sse2.la] Error 1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This builds all right for me on 10.12.2 from the tag (v0.6.0) and branch (0.6.0) as well as the release archive using automake-1.15, autoconf-2.69 and libtool-2.4.6 (from the configured directory).
Was the tree dirty at all? A make distclean, git clean -fdx or a fresh checkout may help.
