Vp8 good quality vpx_vbr takes more time to encode

Im using vp8 encoding. And the parameters i have used was GOOD_QUALITY and VPX_VBR. It take more time to encode (more than 50 ms).
Please tell me what are the parameters and values i have to use to get quality and faster encoding.
Plz help me to solve this problem.
