is there any corpus of files used to test vp9 decoding?

For conformance you can use the bitstream test vectors. These are
available from a configured libvpx source tree by running 'make
testdata'. You can influence the download location with the
LIBVPX_TEST_DATA_PATH environment variable, but note the directory
must exist.
Argon also offers an extended conformance suite [1].
