how to rescale animation webp

In my project, I need to rescale animation webp. Currently, I use the anim_dump tool to export the image. After scaling, I combine it into a animation Webp.

Is there a better way?
Is it possible to provide corresponding tools in the example?

I do not know if you can do that with the existing libwebp tools in a shorter way than what you did.

The latest version of the image editing software Gimp supports opening and exporting WebP animations. Scaling all the frames can be done in a single "Scale Image" operation there.

There is also the command line tool ImageMagick that should be able to resize animations but I encountered issues with alpha: https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/issues/5542.
