History in publisher inspect

In the publisher there is the option to inspect a file when right clicking on it. Within this inspect screen there is a tab named History. It appears to always be empty. I assume it should contain the history of the edits, saved drafts, when it was (re)published, etc, but i'm not sure. 

Is there a setting that needs to be changed/turned on in order for items to show up in this list?

Theer's nothing to enable, collecting history has been present for a while but this list wasn't filled. Weve just merged some changes to make this visible. We hope to finalize history this year, and feedback will be very welcome especially as some further fixes will be landing the coming weeks

Accessing older versions will probably be sysop-only for the forseeable future until we're confident that all relevant changes are actually being captured.
