step value for number field in WebHare forms.

The number field from the webtoolforms does not seem to support inputting decimals. Adding a step property to input field of type="number" would make it possible to  input decimal values. Would it be possible to add the step size setting to validation tab of the number field?

Wouldn't hurt, but it would need some thinking about how to explain it to users (or just move it to the advanced tab to avoid such a discussion)

Should be about 3 or 4 hours work for someone to add, MR welcome - but I don't think anyone on our side has time to volunteer for this anytime soon..
