We've started on a WHFS API in WH 5.9. I've started work on some documenation here: https://www.webhare.dev/reference-next/api/
Feedback and corrections/improvements welcome.

This API is intended for external use (HTTP access) and is not intended to replace the TypeScript APIs in @webhare/whfs
