Changelog between 0.3.2 and 0.3.3

There were several non-trivial changes between 0.3.2 and 0.3.3. Could those please be describe in a change log, with a link to the relevant discussion?

e.g.
formation property renamed to tender #69
Added required formationType property to #69
All optional properties can be null #51
Renamed publicHearingNotices to publicHearingNotice and changed cardinality to 1
Record Package refers to linked releases using an object instead of a URI

The last two don’t seem to have had any public discussion.

I’m also not sure what commits are related to this issue: https://github.com/open-contracting/standard/issues/4 The linked commit is just the release of 0.3.3, not changes related to the issue. It may have been fixed prior to 0.3.2, but it’s impossible to tell without being the author.
