Image Source Issue With CMS

My site runs on Mura CMS, which by default creates <img> src attributes like this:

src="/cms/tasks/render/file/index.cfm?fileid=EF9F2672-163C-D164-DF73A5676F095711"

Is there a way to configure IISpeed to work on these as well?

If they are served not served with a private cache-control header, the module will optimize them.
