how to implement brotli on IIS 8,5 (Windows server 2012 R2 x64)

I have just downloaded and installed Brotli on my IIS 8.5 (Windows Server
2012 R2 x64), how to implement it?
I did find find Brotli on IIS Manager..

Please help me, I am looking forward to hearing from you.
