couchbase memcached and freezing pages

We have a setup of multiple IIS servers in a load balancer. I setup couchbase as memcached with replication, and specified both servers in the config. When we have it specified in the config, certain pages seem to freeze up, and have duplicate source server headers. Everything works fine when we remove the couchbase backend.

I wasn't seeing anything obvious, are there any common gotchas on this sort of config?

Hi,

I am wondering what happens if you swap out couchbase for memcached [1]?:
Couchbase is not tested by us, but iispeed.com and a couple of other sites we know of  run with iispeed / memcached (single instance) without any trouble.
As I understand it couchbase should be compatible, but perhaps there are slight behavioral differences that are causing freeze-ups?
