Good afternoon residents of the City of Watertown. Due to today’s severe rainfall, a sanitary sewer overflow is underway on Greenough Boulevard. The overflow began at approximately 1:15 this afternoon. The Department of Public Works is on site to address the issue alongside J. W. Flett.
