Reminder to register for upcoming CSFWC

The Cumberland Shenandoah Fruit Workers Conference is coming up soon on December 5 & 6, 2025

Register and submit your presentation proposals now!

November 7th, 2025 is the deadline for early bird registration ($150 per person). 

The hotel discount rate ($119/night) closes on November 12th, 2025

November 14th, 2025 is the deadline for online registrations and presentation submissions. For logistic reasons, no online registration will be allowed after this date. However, onsite registrations can be arranged, and the fee will be $250, payable by cash, check, or PayPal. No credit cards can be accepted by CSFWC staff onsite.

November 14th is also the deadline for submission of presentation requests. Presentation time will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please plan for a 12-minute presentation and allow for an additional 3 minutes for audience questions. This includes presentations in the student competition. You must register if you submit a presentation request.
