Hello Luca,

Thank you for your message. I hope a communication in English is ok for you, as we unfortunately do not have Italian speaking staff.

For the communication between all viewneo hardware and the viewneo cloud (RFID reader and gateway included), the following port settings are relevant:

- TCP 80/443 for external websites you want to show on the screens 

- TCP 443 for secure data communication with the viewneo cloud 

- UDP 123 for sync time with external timer servers

- TCP 3200 for Google Play (only older app versions from Google PlayStore, not necessary for viewneo branded players) 

- TCP 5228 for Google Play (only older app versions from Google PlayStore, not necessary for viewneo branded players) 

>>> Important:

Only older app versions from Google Play needs TCP 3200 and TCP 5228. 

All Apps, downloaded from our Website and all viewneo branded players don't use this ports.

>>> Firewall:

To make sure that your players can communicate with the viewneo platform the listed ports have to be opened n firewall. In most standard setups of software firewalls integrated in routers, these ports might be open. If you have problems with the data connection between your player and viewneo platform, please check your firewall settings or ask your network administrator.
