Morning,

We are having a problem with our signage boxes - all 4 seem to be off line and we can't get them to reset. Can you check on them from your side and see if there's a problem we can't see?

We had this problem last year with one of our boxes that you checked into and "reset" somehow. Not sure what it was, but it would be appreciated if you could do it again.

Anyway i had a look in your account and wondering about that on each location both devices having the last heartbeat at nearly the same time. Is there maybe a possibility that the credentials for the wifi in use changed at some point (password change for example)? I would like to recommend to check the wifi connection on these devices first, before performing a reset.

If the wifi settings update does not fix the issue, you can also perform a hardware factory reset. Please notice that with factory reset of a device, you need to delete the current device registration in your account, and proceed the registration setup again.
