Dead box?

Morning,

Once again, we're having problems with a Digital Signage Media Player right before the holidays.

Our signage box seems to be dead. We've rebooted software and hardware, checked all the lines and connections and still are running into the same problem. When restarted we get the first item from an old playlist to play then the screen goes black with an error message of "Display turns off in 5 seconds". Once that error displays, the screen stays blank. We're not sure what else to do but replace the signage box.

The biggest problem is that this is happening (again) right before the holiday season - when we have the highest traffic of the year. We HAVE to get this running and running properly. Please overnight us a new box as soon as possible and let us know if there's something else we can try while we wait for the new unit.
