Viewneo is sharing wifi

I have a viewneo that is sharing wifi and I don't know how to disable it, can you help?

Hi,

Thank you for the request. It looks you have a viewneo device which is not set up at the moment. This is why it opens up a WiFi Hotspot in order to be able to run the setup procedure.
Would you please tell me which kind of viewneo device you have and if you already have a viewneo account?
