PlayList Error

Dear, I have a problem with the playlist, some videos in my list do not play on my device, it only happens with some videos.
Some of the videos that do not play have a time schedule.
I have reviewed the GTM UTC -4 configuration for Santiago/America and it is as appropriate.
I am using Signage Player.

Thank you for your message. 
For now i checked the account "sirn...@gmail.com" and noticed, that the Trial period is expired.
If this i snot the affected account, please let me know about the correct one.
To be able to investigate your issue, it would also good to know the name of the playlist and the names of the affected video files. To make it simple, you can just send me a screenshot of your playlist view.
