Signage sticks not working

My company purchased a decent amount of signage sticks a while back, and they were working. It  seems that they kind of just overheat and eventually get stuck in 

1) a loop where the Viewneo Splash screen comes up for a second and then restarts the device.

2) the stick flashes red and wont show anything

3) a blue flashing light, and not showing any display


I have 9 different sticks' in some version of stuck and no support coverage for these specific issues. 

all are directly connected to HDMI, have USB power 5V, and an ethernet to usb to give internet. 

if some aren't salvageable that is fine, But I would like to get any to work.
