I use a portrait format screen but on  with signage box and cannot get my image to rotate 180 via advanced settings with update.. Any ideas

I answered you directly on our support ticket system. After checking your account again, it seems that you were able to fix the issue with my help.

For all:
The change of the screen rotation was not noted by the device, due to a connection failure.
After reconnecting the device to the internet, the changes were received by the device.
