I received a feedback from our developers. Unfortunately, there was a problem in our video converter, due to which videos were not converted properly.
I would like to ask you to delete all failed entries in your media library and then upload the corresponding videos again.
After consulting with our developers, there should no longer be any problems.
However, it is really important that previously failed uploads are deleted from your media library before trying to upload them again.
