A possible cause of this may be because the plugins installed in the workstation are not the same as on the server. You can validate it by going to the Help\About… menu on any application to check which plugins have been installed.
For example in this case, the workstation had ZOOM Thermawatch stator installed :

But not on the server side :

To solve this problem, uninstall the software on the workstation and install only the plugins already installed on the server. To do this, uncheck the unwanted plugin in the Custom Setup window :
