Hey USFT!
Happy Halloween! This is just a quick reminder that tomorrow, Friday, November 1st is the deadline for applications to the National Steering Committee!
The steering committee will ensure that United Students for Fair Trade continues to be an entirely student-led organization. NSC members will help coordinate campaigns, provide support for new groups, and determine the long-term structure, strategy, and direction of USFT during this transition phase. This is a fantastic opportunity to cultivate leadership skills and steer the student movement for fair trade in the direction you would like to see it go! And of course if you want to get more involved but don't feel like you'd be right for a national position, there are still so many ways to be a part of USFT! Let me know if you're looking for ways to get more plugged in.
