This is the third week of our Beta Buddy Challenges. By completing these challenges and earning points you have a chance to win a prize at the end of the semester! If you have any questions/concerns, please contact me at this email or my number. Time submissions will be strict, if submitted after the Sunday deadline then points won’t be given!

Some reminders:
- You must submit pictures/videos as evidence of completing the challenge to receive points.
- Submissions of the pictures/videos are due no later than Sunday at 11:59 pm.
- You can complete ongoing challenges once weekly.
- Weekly challenges expire every Sunday at 11:59 pm.
- Monthly challenges expire on the last day of the month at 11:59 pm.
Ongoing challenges for the semester!
- Health & Wellness: Do a wellness activity with your Beta Buddy! (going for walks, journaling, gym session, yoga, meditation, etc.) (10 points)
- Fashionista: Match outfits with your Beta Buddy and strike a pose! (10 points)
- Early Submission: Submit proof of your challenges before Friday 11:59pm (10 points)
Week 1 Challenges (due Sunday 2/8 by 11:59 pm):
- BAP Socials: Follow BAP on Instagram & LinkedIn (20 points)
- Arts & Crafts: Create a drawing/painting of the BAP officers! (20 points) (+5,4,3 top 3)
- Mystery Word: Wednesday morning (2/11), message me to get a secret word, after receiving your team's secret word, try to get other teams to say the secret word as many times as possible. Make sure to record! (20 points)
Month of February Challenges (to give you a head start!)
- Valentine’s Day: Make and share a Valentine’s themed dish/craft with your beta buddy! (40 points)
- Health & Wellness: Buddy up with another pair (or many!) and play a sport of your choice! (40 points) (bonus +5 points to the winning team of a competitive sport)
- Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone: Rejection therapy! Ask 10 questions (5 each) around campus to strangers! (40 points)
